This entry method is for excavators that want to enter multiple locates (tickets). Users are required to create an account.
The locates are not entered live. Before being dispatched to locators, they will be reviewed by TN811 staff. It’s used for new Normal type requests only; no Updates, Emergencies, Short Notice, 2nd Notice, Replicates, Design, or Damage Notices will be accepted.
With this entry method, excavators will be limited to a max of 30 tickets per company, per day. Higher volume users should consider using Remote Ticket Entry.

The Remote Ticket Entry (RTE) program is offered to professional excavators who would like the convenience of entering and updating their own locate requests (tickets) online at no cost.
